About Kevin Taylor

Hello all, my name is Kevin Taylor and I am the Fundraising Manager at TWAM, which in short means I have to help raise much needed funds for all of our museums and galleries across Tyne & Wear.

When I am not fundraising for TWAM, you will mostly find me whizzing around the country visiting family and friends, walking in Northumberland or the Yorkshire Dales, doing yoga, going to live music or going on holiday (next big trip: Thailand).

I take photos everywhere I go and apparently I am quite good at it, or so I have been told by my friends. Hopefully they are not just being kind! Sadly, I even take pictures of fundraising related things when I am out and about in other museums and galleries when I am supposed to be relaxing. How’s that for dedication?!

I am also interested in Pre-Raphaelite art, the arts & crafts movement (in particular furniture design and ceramics), fashion design, and food of various descriptions. I look forward to reading your responses to my blogs.
